Account Deletion Agreement

To ensure your account's security, please review the implications of account deletion.

Deleting your account is not the same as logging out, and once done, it cannot be undone.

Your personal data, including created characters, chat logs with any characters, interaction data, and order records, will be permanently deleted upon account deletion.

Before deleting your account, you must cancel your active subscription.

Subscription Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, simply navigate to your profile page and click the "Manage Subscription" button. This will redirect you to the Stripe website, where you can easily manage your subscription settings. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription. Refund Process

If you need to request a refund for a transaction processed through Stripe, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will initiate the refund process on your behalf, which typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing times. Please ensure you provide us with your order number and the reason for the refund to expedite the process.
